Group Training

Grants mission is to empower and motivate Men and Woman over 40 to get fit,
stay active and live a long fulfilling life.

Group Training Sessions

Grant also offers group training for those who prefer meet and exercise with like-minded people. During these classes, you will participate in a variety of different workouts including boxing, weight training and body weight exercises.

Group training will cause you to feel energized and motivated by the people around you. It will allow you to set your own personal goals, while receiving encouragement from others.
