Grant Barker is a hard as nails, former world champion kickboxer from Australia. Having achieved his goal of becoming world champion through grit, hard work and spirit, he now leads by example and helps people improve themselves through combat sports and fitness at his gym.
Grants mission is to empower and motivate Men and Woman over 40 to get fit, stay active and live a long fulfilling life. He is passionate about inspiring and coaching people to keep pushing their physical and mental boundaries to maintain peak physical condition
